Wallet, Exchange and safe trades
KoloPlus has its own game economy. Here is how it works, what the Exchange is for and why this is a game, not finance.
The internal economy is part of what makes the portal lively and interesting. It rewards activity and adds an element of play. The most important thing to understand right away: this is a game resource, not real money. We promise no earnings, accept no real payments for the currencies and give no financial advice.
The internal currencies
The portal has several game currencies — gold, crystals and ducats among them. Each has its role in the mechanics: some is earned through activity, some is spent on game actions, some is rarer and more valuable. You accumulate these resources by taking part in community life and spend them on game features.
Your currency balance is kept in the Wallet. It shows how much of what you have and the history of operations — everything is transparent.
What the Exchange is
The Exchange is where game currencies can be traded for one another at a set rate — for example, swapping one resource for another when a particular action needs it. The Exchange is built on principles of transparency:
- A clear rate. You see how much you will receive before confirming the trade.
- A fair fee. If an operation carries a fee, it is shown openly — no hidden deductions.
- Predictability. No mechanics working against the user or deliberately confusing them.
How to keep a trade safe
The Exchange itself works by transparent rules, but general caution is always useful:
- Check the amount and the rate carefully before confirming a trade.
- Never hand your credentials to anyone — even if they promise to “help” with a trade.
- Be wary of outside offers to “trade at a good rate” off the portal: inside everything is transparent, outside the risks begin.
Listings and real-world deals
Separate from the game economy there is the listings section — about real things: work, housing, services. Real agreements between people are involved there, so be especially careful: check the person you are dealing with, do not send money up front to strangers and rely on reputation in the community. Safety advice is in the guide “Safety and privacy”.
Why all this
The game economy makes activity tangible: your part in the community is rewarded and the trading mechanics add depth. It is not about earning but about involvement and the enjoyment of play. If the purely social side of the portal is closer to you — conversation, communities, listings — the economy can safely be treated as a pleasant bonus, not an obligation.
