KoloPlus Child Safety Standards
The KoloPlus policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It applies to kolo.plus and to the KoloPlus app for Android (Google Play). Developer and operator: Savliak Vasyl.
1) What is prohibited
On KoloPlus the following is strictly prohibited (in posts, comments, photos, videos, profiles, communities and messages):
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — including drawn, edited or AI-generated material.
- Sexualisation of minors: sexual comments, images or descriptions of children.
- Grooming — attempts to gain a child’s trust for sexual purposes, requests for intimate photos or to move to another app for such contact.
- Sexual extortion (sextortion) and threats to share intimate material.
- Child trafficking, offers to meet minors for sexual purposes.
- Links to such material, exchanging it or helping to find it.
2) How KoloPlus protects minors
- Age is given at registration; it decides what a person can use.
- Children aged 9–12 use only the game part (arena, rankings, games): the feed, posts, communities and messages are not available to them.
- Teens aged 13–17 can write posts and comments in the feed and in communities; listings, community chat and community messages are not available to them, and they send private messages only to their own friends.
- A minor’s social profile is visible only to their friends; everyone else sees just the login, the avatar and the arena profile.
- Anyone can send a friend request to a teen aged 13–17 — the teen decides whether to accept it; children aged 9–12 get requests only from friends of their friends. A request opens nothing until it is accepted.
- Only a minor’s friends — people whose request they accepted — can send them private messages; only friends can post on their wall, and mentions from strangers send them no notification.
- Everyone, including minors, sees a reminder to take a break after every hour on the site — only the person’s own device counts this time; from 22:00 to 07:00 their local time, pop-up notifications are not shown, and in the morning they wait in the list. This is advice, not a limit: both can be switched off in the settings.
- Content marked 18+ is not shown to minors; there is no personalised profiling of minors; minors’ profiles do not appear in search engines.
- Anyone can block a person, hide their content and report them; reports are reviewed by moderators.
3) How to report a risk to a child
- In the app or on the website, press “Report” next to a post, comment, media item or listing, or on a person’s profile (in private messages — “Report” on the message), and briefly describe what happened.
- Or write to child-safety@kolo.plus: a link to the post, profile or message and what exactly you saw.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 or the police in your country right away.
Do not forward or save such material yourself, not even as evidence — a link or a description is enough; we will do the rest.
4) What we do
- We remove child sexual abuse material as soon as we become aware of it and ban the accounts involved.
- Child-safety reports are handled with priority.
- We keep data needed for an investigation within the limits and for the periods required by law.
- We notify the competent authorities (including the Police of the Czech Republic) and cooperate with them as required by law.
- We comply with child-protection laws in the countries where KoloPlus operates.
5) Child safety contact
The designated person who can answer questions about our CSAE/CSAM prevention practices (including for Google Play and law enforcement):
